Yoga at Peak Physique combines postures from the four schools of yoga, including Raja, Karma, Bhakti, and Juana. The established benefits of yoga include reduced stress, increased energy, improved posture, weight-loss, increased flexibility and range of motion, a toned and sculpted body, and an improved immune system.

Sharon, our resident Yogi, is well versed in the various approaches to Yoga and will guide you in the practice of this ancient art in search of a more peaceful existence. A long-time employee of Peak Physique and certified trainer, Sharon has been with us since the doors opened sixteen years ago. Having practiced yoga for many years, she incorporates this ancient art into her workout routines. Sharon's unique combination of yoga postures includes extensive stretching, lengthening and strength work to help promote a healthy mind-body connection.
