FUNDAMENTALS OF FITNESS: Led by Jamel Keels, a 3rd grade teacher for 10 years as well a personal trainer/fitness instructor for 12 years, our fundamentals of fitness provide kids from 7 to 11 (boys and girls), in groups of 3, the focus on developing motor skills, motor planning, core strength and overall fitness through age appropriate, safe and engaging activities.
