Peak Physique 20 year anniversary and 2011 award winners
It is with great pleasure that I'm writing to let you know of our 21st anniversary in Greenwich. We are proud of our accomplishment and look forward to the upcoming New Year with much anticipation. As I reflect back on 2012, I look around and see the wonderful community of client-trainer relationships that have been formed and the direct result of this relationship: from the record weight loss of 45 pounds that one of our clients managed to accomplish through hard consistent work with two of our trainers'; to two wonderfully competitive clients' going back and forth in February to beat each others record in our plank contest, they had a 50 pound on their back for eight minutes; to this year's teenage champion who came in every day and worked exceptionally hard losing 15 pounds over the summer to prepare for College; to three of our clients' that gave us the opportunity to train them for their first marathon, their first triathlon and their first iron man; to the amazing dedication that one of our clients' displayed coming in 5 days a week as she was battling an illness; to a 7 plate, 45 pounds each, wall sit for one minute that a woman performed; to a male client who pressed 100 pound dumbbells for the first time; to an 80 plus male client who could not do a step-up when he first came in to us to doing 15 step-ups with 15 pounds as of most recent; to a client who pushed 7 plates on the sled back and forth; to the consistent steady dedicated hard work that is on display each hour, every day from our clients. This year more than any other time in our history, I have seen a level of excellence, courage and strength from young to middle age to elderly, in our training that gives us all hope, inspiration, and motivation for the future and the results that we can achieve.
We have so many people to thank for helping us this year to be a success. First I would like to thank God for his never ending guidance in all that we do. We truly feel blessed to live our passion and work with the best clients' around. We are honored that you put your trust and faith in us. Your support is felt each time you come in to see us and is always appreciated. We appreciate your honest feedback on ways we can improve our business. Your kindness in referring your family and friends to us is symbolic of how much you care. Thank you for always referring to us as "the place to go to to get in great shape".
To my wife, Dana, thank you for everything that you do. I could not do it without you.
To our entire staff: Earlando, Vlad, Chris, Josh, Justin and Damian thank you for all of your hard, motivation and passionate work. To Cesar for keeping our place very tidy and clean year round. To Devon, and most recently GiGi, for all your assistance and care. To Pat for his many years of work for our company. We wish he and his family the best recovery possible for his wife Christine.
As I mentioned this year more so than any other year we have seen many amazing efforts from our clients. We are proud of all of your accomplishments. You all have raised the bar so high and we will accept the challenge in 2013 to bring you to new heights in your fitness career.
Now here are the champions for 2012:
In closing, I look to 2013 with our continued level of excellence to provide you with the very best personal training available.
I leave you with a passage from one of my favorite scriptures Psalm 18: 28, 29. Lord, you have brought light to my life; my God, you light up my darkness, in your strength I can crush an army; with my God I can scale any wall. Be the light for someone in 2013. God bless.
Happy Holidays and be safe.
